The Five Fold Path

TrustlessPay’s guiding principles grew out of the founder's mentorship with one of the world's foremost visionary economists, quantum theoreticians, and game theorists of the 20th century. Dr. Waino W. Suojanen was a leading quantum brain theorist, organizational leadership expert, and pioneer in the study of leadership, addiction, power, dysfunctional organizations, creativity, disruptive innovation, and global financial systems.

Dr. Suojanen originated the field of theoretical brain science as it relates to large organizational leadership and infrastructures built on neural network lattices and the quantum principles of chaos theory.

Mr. Gregory David Bailey, Founder and CEO of TrustlessPay Digital Assets, Inc., is both a disciple and heir of Dr. Suojanen’s work. He is applying the principles and frameworks he was taught to guide the creation of next-generation organizations centered around "people- first leadership".

My goal as Founder and CEO is to implement Dr. Suojanen’s “Five Fold Path” at every level of the organization.

Dr. Suojanen did not live to see the Web3 world he envisioned come to life—a world where the democratization of knowledge and equality for all becomes the new normal, driven by excellence, efficiency, effectiveness, and effervescence.

His brain-based management model emphasized “Integrated Situational Leadership.” This model is based on the idea that the survival and health of any organization depend on its ability to remain Open, Adaptive, and Knowledgeable—or OAKS. In contrast, dysfunctional organizations are led by those who are Addicted, Compulsive, Obsessive, and Narrow- minded—ACORNS.

This simple yet profound distinction provides a framework for leaders, managers, and team members to build organizations where people are truly at the core.
